Before we managed anyone else's infrastructure, we ran our own — every server, every backup, every login. We're currently working through a shared certification path together (A+ done, now on CCNA → ITIL → Security+ → Compliance), plus a dedicated Azure practice, so we grow into exactly the kind of partner our clients need.

IT Support / NOC Technician

Full-time · Remote-friendly · Reports to Technical Manager

You'll triage support tickets, keep an eye on client systems through our monitoring stack, escalate what needs escalating, and grow along the same cert path we're all on ourselves: A+ → CCNA → ITIL → Security+. This is an early seat at a small, hands-on MSP — you'll learn how the whole shop runs.

  • CompTIA A+ certified, or actively studying toward it
  • Comfortable in a ticketing/monitoring workflow and clear in written communication
  • Eager to grow toward CCNA and ITIL alongside the existing team
  • Ownership mindset — comfortable being one of a handful of people who keep the lights on
